Key Responsibilities\n

• Administering comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conducting detailed initial and ongoing psychosocial assessments to track client progress and identify areas for intervention.

• Crafting and continually updating individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and preferences.

• Actively participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and client success.

• Documenting client progress thoroughly and timely within our electronic health record system while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during sessions as needed, employing evidence-based techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Mental Prosperity Counseling Center, you will primarily work with individuals and families struggling with substance abuse and complex mental health issues. Clients come from various backgrounds and may include adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing relationship challenges. Your role will be central in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, enhance connectivity within familial relationships, and support sustained recovery and improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active, valid California LMFT license.
\n
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in the field of mental health.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills such as crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• In-depth knowledge of individual and family development across the lifespan and its implications for therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and underrepresented communities.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting the experience and expertise of the candidate.
