Job Description
This company, launched in 2025 is looking for a Corporate Counsel in the DC metro area, with an interest in open access fiber networks.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience; telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, or utilities industry experience strongly preferred. \n
- Experience with FCC and state/local telecom regulatory frameworks a plus. \n
- Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial contracts, real estate/easement agreements, and financing documents. \n
- Strong business judgment and the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders. \n
- Comfortable operating as a hands-on generalist in a lean, fast-moving organization. \n
This is a great opportunity for a capable, business-minded attorney who wants to build and own a company’s legal function from the ground up, with the backing of outside counsel for deeper subject-matter needs.
