Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy for clients, either in one-on-one sessions or couple’s therapy, addressing a variety of mental health issues and life challenges.

• Utilizing a billing service that manages claims, client accounts, and insurance inquiries, enabling you to concentrate on delivering effective therapeutic services.

• Ensuring timely documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions, adhering to compliance guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Organizing and scheduling ongoing appointments with clients, while managing an effective and updated calendar to optimize client care continuity.

• Demonstrating versatility and competence in addressing diverse clinical cases, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population ranging from young children to older adults, providing the opportunity to address a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license to practice independently in Illinois.
