Work Environment\n

This full-time role is conducted entirely through telehealth, providing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging closely with patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic mental health assessments to identify the distinct needs of each patient, which will inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide effective counseling for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health challenges and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and be available to support clients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including various mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and addiction-related issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the privilege of working with different population groups, which may include individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. However, a Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
