Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreconsistent with established procedures.

Assess results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Document all steps meticulously, train newcomers, and assist in upholding laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a tidy, safe working environment and comply with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health credential plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.

Maintain active certification throughout your employment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with healthcare professionals.

Adept at exercising independent judgment and problem-solving in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with quality control and documentation.
