Responsibilities – Your Role Here

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests across various domains—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols.
• Examine results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection as necessary and prepare samples for testing accordingly.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, play a part in training new staff or students, and actively contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Create a safe, clean working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Commit to maintaining current certification throughout your time with us.
