Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more in accordance with established protocols.

Analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.

Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment. Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration within healthcare teams.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve problems in high-pressure situations.
