Your Role – What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate test results with precision, resolve discrepancies, and handle preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analytical testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory activities, mentor new team members or students, and help in maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
