Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in reaching their emotional and behavioral goals.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and adjustments according to HIPAA compliance standards.

• Coordinating care with other professionals within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless and effective treatment strategies across various stages of care.

• Providing psychoeducation to individuals and families regarding mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and available resources to foster self-advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescent clients and school-age children. This includes working with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. You will engage with clients in a supportive environment that promotes trust and open communication, fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances the potential for successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid California LCSW license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
