Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to reflect their evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated care approach.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when clients face immediate psychological distress or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
