Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish client needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed to promote personal growth and improved mental wellness.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals and maintain consistent monitoring of each client’s progress toward achieving these objectives.

• Provide teletherapy options that accommodate virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to effectively track client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and other continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals with various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
