Divisional Vice President, New Logo Sales

Divisional Vice President, New Logo Sales We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to drive growth and profitability in our Office of the CFO sales division. This remote‑first role reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives for our finance solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing sales team to peak performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners. Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Drive innovation in sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high‑level client meetings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on lease sales. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. In‑depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing sales professionals. Superior negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools. Outstanding presentation and public‑speaking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events. Compensation Annual salary range: $244,000.00 to $305,000.00 USD. The figure includes a commission target for sales roles.
