A leading real estate firm in Tustin, CA is searching for a skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team!  They are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a similar role to ensure the efficient management of accounts receivable processes, billing accuracy, and customer service excellence. This role is pivotal in providing timely assistance to homeowners by resolving invoice issues, facilitating access to online services, and coordinating with the Collection Department to maintain updated homeowner databases. • Provide assistance to homeowners with invoice issues and online services
• Process accurate billing and manage payments efficiently
• Maintain and update homeowner databases in collaboration with the Collection Department
• Perform account receivables and account reconciliation tasks
• Prepare documentation and track the monthly property assessment process
• Initiate the collection process for unpaid bills, including preparing and sending legal documents
• Exhibit a high level of organization and ability to track tasks and deadlines

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in VMS and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written communication skills
• High level of accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic math skills for adding and subtracting
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in account reconciliation and collections is preferred
