Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health counselor at I&S Talk Therapy Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport within the therapeutic relationship.
