Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth LPC at Inland Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
