Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this role.

• Active licensing as a Professional Counselor in Tennessee is mandatory.

• At least two (2) years of clinical experience in counseling, with demonstrated expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records, as well as familiarity with best practices in remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
