Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services specifically target individuals facing the unique challenges associated with end-of-life care, including patients in hospice. Therapists will work closely with clients who may be experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, or trauma related to their health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of a master’s or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their families.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified applicants, experience in working with hospice or palliative care clients is highly desirable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapy modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT, will provide an advantage in delivering effective interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
