Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Counsel Care, you will engage in various responsibilities that are crucial to both individual patient outcomes and the overall mission of the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from clients.

• Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of clinical documentation by maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and supportive care for our patients.

Your role will be integral in helping these individuals navigate their journeys towards recovery, emphasizing empowerment and evidence-based solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
