Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using standardized tools and interviews to identify clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and personal goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions for clients across all age groups, addressing a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that set explicit therapeutic goals and actionable steps based on thorough client assessments.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation or severe anxiety episodes.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their treatment journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, treatment strategies, and progress notes, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Upkeep ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to therapy practice, ensuring informed consent and client confidentiality in every interaction.

• Show cultural sensitivity and competence when working with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and understanding in therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in collaborative care efforts with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and consistent continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
