Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, this role allows you to work from home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Our telehealth setting supports a work-life balance, with a structured workflow that prioritizes client engagement and effective communication. The designated work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend sessions as required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that respond to pre-crisis and crisis situations, ensuring thorough risk assessments and behavioral guidelines are in place.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, providing expertise to maintain high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, enhancing the support network available to clients.

• Establish and nurture communication channels within the community to promote our services and enhance our organizational presence.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending industry conferences, workshops, and representing the agency at various gatherings.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the dynamic needs of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution or university is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of four years of recent experience in providing mental health support specifically within geriatric counseling.

• Specialized training or credentials in geriatric mental health or aging-related issues is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
