Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an in-depth understanding of clients' mental health challenges, leading to the formulation of effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on working with adolescents and young adults, addressing their unique mental health needs through tailored treatment plans. The therapist will engage with clients experiencing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological challenges, all while providing a safe and affirming environment for personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Candidates must hold active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD in the state where they will be practicing.

• Strong proficiency with technology, including experience with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs) for managing client sessions and documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to create a warm and empathic therapeutic rapport with clients, facilitating a positive and trustful environment.

• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and a reliable setup for virtual sessions, including a dependable internet connection and a private workspace.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Prior experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health capacity is highly desirable.

• Willingness to participate in training for the organization's specific evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as our care pathways.

• Possession of certifications in recognized evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
