Account Sales Manager
Als Account Sales Manager verantworten Sie den strategischen Ausbau unseres Life?Science?Geschfts in Europa. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Gewinnung und Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Medical Devices, ergnzt durch eine intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Teams im Pharma? und Healthcare?Sektor.
Sie entwickeln neue Mrkte, bauen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und reprsentieren NSF auf Fachmessen und internationalen Branchenveranstaltungen.
NSF PROSYSTEM ist ein international ttiges Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Medizinprodukte. Das Unternehmen untersttzt nationale und internationale Kunden insbesondere in den Bereichen Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs und Clinical Services entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Der Hauptsitz befindet sich in Hamburg, mit weiterer internationaler Anbindung an NSF International.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategischer Vertrieb
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Sales? und Business?Development?Strategien fr die europische Region.
- Identifizierung, Qualifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden im Medical?Device? und Pharma?Umfeld.
- Aufbau und Ausbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Entscheidern und strategischen Key Accounts.
- Durchfhrung von Wertversprechen?Prsentationen (Value Proposition), virtuellen Demos und persnlichen Kundenterminen.
- Strukturierte Angebotserstellung, Vertragsverhandlung und Abschluss komplexer Beratungs? und Compliance?Projekte.
Marketing, Marktentwicklung & Positionierung
- Beobachtung von Markttrends, Regulierungsentwicklungen und Wettbewerbsaktivitten zur optimalen Positionierung unserer Services.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Consulting und Produktteams auf regionaler und globaler Ebene.
- Reprsentation von NSF auf internationalen Messen, Konferenzen und Branchenevents.
Kundenmanagement & Reporting
- Verantwortung fr CRM?basierte Pipeline?Steuerung (Salesforce bevorzugt).
- Erstellung von Forecasts, Marktanalysen und regelmigen Management?Reports.
- Sicherstellung erstklassiger Kundenkommunikation und hoher Kundenzufriedenheit.
Qualifications
Erforderliche Qualifikationen
- Bachelorabschluss, vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftlichem oder kommerziellem Fokus.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im consultative / solution selling auf Executive?Level.
- Expertise in der Medical-Device?Branche; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Pharma?Kunden.
- Erfahrung im Verkauf komplexer Lsungen oder Projekte grerer Volumen (z.?B. > 1 Mio. USD).
- Fundiertes Verstndnis von komplexen Vertriebsstrukturen und Entscheidungsprozessen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Salesforce oder einem vergleichbaren CRM-System.
Wnschenswert
- Breites Netzwerk in der Life?Science?Industrie (Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare).
- Bestehende Kontakte zur C?Suite oder technischen Entscheidern.
- Erfahrung im europischen oder internationalen Vertrieb.

- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas sowie international.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
