Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Harmony Therapy, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, adhering to all professional guidelines and confidentiality measures.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, enabling therapeutic progress.

• Crafting personalized treatment plans that address specific psychological needs, life circumstances, and personal goals.

• Facilitating insightful discussions with clients to help them navigate their experiences, emotional states, and relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults displaying a variety of mental health concerns. These clients may be managing conditions such as mild anxiety, depression, or adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to practice independently. Acceptable credentials include:

• A reliable computer with a webcam and audio capabilities and a dependable internet connection to facilitate virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum required experience is two years in a relevant mental health counseling role, a strong preference will be given to candidates with:
