Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities while working from the comfort of your home. You will engage with clients through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring a sense of safety and confidentiality. Although this role is remote, you will remain connected with your colleagues through regular virtual team meetings and collaborative discussions to foster a supportive team culture. The outpatient office environment will also be available for client meetings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with patients, creating a sense of safety that encourages open discussion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your work will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex emotional situations and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits\n
