Sales Specialist, Enterprise Growth (Land & Expand)

Emumba is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist, Enterprise Growth. Building on our track record as a trusted vendor to Microsoft, Amazon, and Salesforce, we want someone who can uncover emerging needs across these and adjacent accounts and convert them into high-impact vendor services engagements. This role owns the land-and-expand motion: growing vendor relationships into multiple business units, driving repeat and expanded bookings, building qualified pipeline, and executing go-to-market plays aligned with our GenAI, Agentic, Data and DevOps practices. This is a Seattle-based position reporting to the Director of Sales and Strategic Growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 10 years in enterprise sales, with significant time in account management or farming roles, systematically multiplying engagements across teams, budgets, and use cases within the same account.
  • Network: Proven relationships within at least two of these organizations: Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, with demonstrated skill in building and sustaining trust across business and technical stakeholders over long sales cycles.
  • Sales Motion: Comfort landing an initial engagement and expanding it into broader scoped services work.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: USD 130,000/year, standard payroll cycle.
  • Annual Commission: USD 130,000 at target, tied to performance.
  • Accelerators: Up to 2x variable for exceeding targets.
  • Benefits: Employer-sponsored health insurance.
  • Travel Budget: USD 10,000 per year (subject to prior approval).

Note: First-year commission structure reflects early sales motion; quotas and payouts reviewed annually as the business scales.

Year-One Targets

  • Revenue: USD 1.5M in closed vendor services bookings (signed SOWs) for Year 1, stepping to USD 2.5M in Year 2.
  • Account Depth: At least one enterprise account expanded to multiple business units/engagements, established as a primary revenue engine.
  • Pipeline Health: Qualified expansion pipeline sufficient to support the Year 2 target.
