Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored treatment and discharge plans, ensuring that they align with both clients' needs and established best practices within our healthcare framework.

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, providing both individual and collateral therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that suit the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly review and analyze client case files for compliance and quality, verifying the accuracy of all required documentation such as assessments, care plans, progress notes, and other essential records.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
