Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform clinical assessments and interviews to gather and evaluate clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing diverse mental health issues.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and therapy interventions based on client needs and targeted outcomes.
\n
• Coordinate and plan programs aimed at satisfying clients' emotional and social requirements, taking into account their unique circumstances.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, providing short-term solutions and connecting clients to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships rooted in mutual respect and trust, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
\n
• Monitor, evaluate, and document the effectiveness of the treatment services provided, adjusting approaches as needed to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date caseload and ensure thorough documentation of all clinical interactions and interventions.

• Provide clinical supervision where appropriate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic treatment approach.

• Other duties as assigned, including potential participation in community outreach and educational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LCSW will involve supporting clients struggling with a variety of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief, substance dependency, and familial conflicts. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for these individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings while guiding them toward pathways of healing and recovery. Our client population is diverse, and your ability to empathize and connect with individuals from varying backgrounds will be essential in fostering therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related area is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Substantial experience in handling cases related to behavioral mental health, including but not limited to mood disorders, addiction, family therapy, and grief counseling.

• Demonstrated skill in crisis intervention and short-term therapeutic modalities.

• Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices and digital health tools that enhance client engagement and care delivery.
