This position offers a fully remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients throughout California. Each practitioner at Insight Wellness Center is supported by a dedicated intake coordinator and billing specialist who manages pre-authorizations, credentialing, and all billing concerns, allowing you to devote your energy to your clients and therapy practices without unnecessary administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth, adapting to in-office sessions or a hybrid model as needed.

• Maintain detailed and timely electronic records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards in documentation and confidentiality.

• Participate in clinical case reviews and utilize insights gained from these sessions to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

• Proactively grow your caseload, aiming to add 15-35 clients over time, while focusing on the specific populations you are passionate about serving.

• Collaborate with other practitioners within our network to share resources, strategies, and experiences that enhance client outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insight Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
