Work Environment\n

This position will allow you to work remotely, offering you flexibility while remaining in a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced approach to work and personal life. Despite the remote aspect, you will participate in regular team meetings and peer consultations, ensuring that you remain connected and supported by your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients to identify their mental health needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure confidentiality.

• Engage collaboratively with your team to discuss treatment plans and participate in case consultations aimed at improving client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and support.

• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health, incorporating new research findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working mainly with individuals struggling with various mental health concerns. Our clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and promoting recovery through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused and evidence-based psychotherapy interventions to address the unique needs of clients.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.

• Ability to establish trust-based therapeutic relationships while providing empathetic support.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in using therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT with diverse populations.

• Previous work within an outpatient setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
