Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and personal goals.

• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans based on the initial evaluation and ongoing assessments.

• Provide therapeutic support to adult clients through evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to fit their unique situations.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging virtual sessions, making use of interactive tools to enhance client connection.

• Respond to crises and provide immediate intervention strategies when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities, enriching your practice with new knowledge and staying compliant with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adult clients who present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in disciplines including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
