Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and goals, using standardized diagnostic tools and interpersonal communication.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, effectively addressing a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop customized treatment plans, setting precise, measurable goals and interventions that resonate with clients’ unique backgrounds and preferences.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support strategies for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring prompt and compassionate action.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, developing comprehensive coping strategies and guiding them toward available community resources that can further enhance their welfare.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, including documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing mental health practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized.

• Exhibit cultural competence in all client interactions, acknowledging and incorporating clients' diverse backgrounds into therapeutic processes.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide well-rounded care and support to clients.

Qualifications\n
