Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, fostering meaningful relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based strategies and techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions, receiving feedback and guidance to enhance clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will engage a diverse population, encompassing individuals dealing with various mental health challenges including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance use populations is required.

• Demonstrated competency in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
