Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Effectively deliver therapy sessions using diverse evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Utilize behavior management strategies to address client concerns and encourage positive coping skills and behavioral changes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay current on best practices and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will play an essential role in guiding clients towards achieving their personal goals and improving their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health therapy in a relevant setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
