Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized screening tools to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and needs.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s unique mental health challenges and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing therapeutic techniques that promote engagement and healing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, fostering an understanding of the mental health recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in alignment with HIPAA regulations and ethical requirements, ensuring high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, representing various backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Professional, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD .
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
