Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs using established psychological assessment tools.
• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust personalized treatment plans encompassing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to address unique challenges faced by clients.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and address any emergent needs of clients.
• Adhere strictly to legal and ethical standards in therapeutic practices, ensuring the confidentiality and welfare of clients at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Therapists at Clinical Psychology Pathways, LLC will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. These may range from anxiety and depression to more complex psychosocial challenges. The typical client demographic in Brookhaven and surrounding areas includes individuals from varying backgrounds, allowing therapists to enrich their cultural competence while addressing unique treatment needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a mental health therapist is required.
• Acceptable licenses include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other recognized therapies, are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
