The Practical Nursing (PN) Instructor provides classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to students enrolled in a growing PN program. This role supports student learning, promotes safe and competent nursing practice, and ensures that instruction aligns with state regulations, program standards, and current evidence‑based nursing practice. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, faculty recruitment and evaluation, didactic, skills, and clinical instruction, budget management, student retention, and maintaining clinical partnerships. Job Requirements Required: Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education; candidates with a bachelor's degree in nursing and actively pursuing a master's degree or higher in nursing will also be considered. NYS Professional Nursing License & current CPR certification. Strong teaching, clinical, communication, and computer skills. Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing or related field. Experience with simulation‑based learning.
