The Opportunity We are looking for a driven and intellectually curious Sales Director to join our growing team and help expand Pixalate's presence across new market segments. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a clear path to growth — ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ad tech or SaaS sales who is ready to take ownership of a book of business and make their mark. You will work closely with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders to close meaningful deals and build lasting partnerships with some of the most important players in the digital advertising ecosystem. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close — consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly new business targets. Develop deep expertise in ad tech, industry compliance, fraud protection, and your clients' specific business challenges. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, articulating Pixalate's value proposition with clarity and conviction. Sell solutions, not features — understand client pain points and structure deals that create genuine, mutual value. Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Contribute to go-to-market strategy by sharing actionable market intelligence and field insights with leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking For 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within the ad tech industry — programmatic advertising, CTV/OTT, mobile apps, DSPs/SSPs, ad verification, or marketing analytics platforms. Strong working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem — you understand how the supply chain works, who the key players are, and where the pain points lie. Experience selling to technical and product stakeholders (CTOs, Product Managers, Ad Ops leads, Data Science teams) and comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Familiarity with ad fraud, brand safety, privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR), or measurement/attribution is a significant advantage. Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding targets, including experience closing 5–7 figure deals. Entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, operate with a high degree of ownership, and can build and grow a book of business. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
