OVERVIEW A high‑energy, luxury, fully furnished student housing community is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance at a 149‑unit market‑rate community in LA. This full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing leasing operations, and delivering an exceptional resident and prospect experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and manage all leasing activities for a 149‑unit luxury student housing community Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategy, follow‑up, and closing techniques Manage prospect pipeline, tours, applications, and lease conversions Train, coach, and support leasing team members to improve performance Oversee leasing reports, traffic tracking, and performance metrics Ensure a high‑quality prospect and resident experience from first tour through move‑in Collaborate with marketing efforts to maintain strong leasing velocity Support renewal strategy and resident retention initiatives Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Assist with resident relations and day‑to‑day operational support as needed WHY YOU MATTER This role is critical to the success of the community.
