Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform ongoing assessments, and document care plans accurately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to support safe, quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain clinical documentation, adhere to infection control practices, and protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support as needed.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in California
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work in an inpatient/ER care environment
- Effective documentation and communication abilities
