Responsibilities
- Deliver direct ICU nursing care for an assigned patient group using the nursing process
- Monitor critical patient status, interpret telemetry and other monitors, and respond to changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and approved protocols
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; supervise and direct assigned nursing staff as needed
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes clearly and timely

Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- ICU or critical care nursing experience; travel or agency experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3x12 schedule (36 hours per week)
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and standard nursing workflows
