Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient status, identify changes, and respond promptly; document findings clearly.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical scenarios.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and adjust patient care plans.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license suitable for ICU practice; eligibility or licensure as required for travel assignments
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital ICU setting and participate in a 12-hour day shift schedule
- Willingness to travel for the assignment and complete onboarding requirements
- Strong clinical assessment skills and effective communication with patients, families, and team members
