Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:

Provides expert nursing care to patients in the ICU, coordinating treatment plans and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Utilizes critical thinking and clinical judgment to promote patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients according to established standards and policies.
  
  
• 
  Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and health maintenance.
  
  
• 
  Participate in discharge planning and coordinate ongoing care to ensure continuity.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Maintain a valid nursing license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from approved vendors.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least two years of recent ICU experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
