Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms for outpatient clients seeking assistance with various mental health challenges.

• Implement family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address complex relationship dynamics, communication breakdowns, and significant family stressors.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their family members, especially in high-risk scenarios.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans while adhering strictly to confidentiality requirements and ethical standards of practice.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms, aimed at enhancing their emotional and relational health.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide integrated and comprehensive client care.

This position entails working with a diverse clientele, encompassing adults and children/adolescents, each presenting with unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family disruptions. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapy services in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in employing both individual and systemic therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team, a long-term incentive stock award, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules of 30 hours per week or more.
