Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans based on thorough evaluations and assessments.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices within your sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults, older adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your empathetic approach and skillful interventions will help clients navigate their unique challenges, support their emotional health, and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• Strong foundational knowledge and skills in mental health assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
