This role predominantly operates in a remote setting, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while remaining connected with students and colleagues. You will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth platforms for delivering therapy and conducting assessments. When in-person contact is required, it will occur primarily within school environments, allowing for close collaboration with educators and support staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify emotional and behavioral concerns impacting students' academic performance and overall well-being.

• Provide high-quality short-term psychotherapy and group therapy services tailored to a diverse population of adolescents and young adults.

• Consult with school personnel regarding counseling needs and collaborate on developing effective intervention strategies.

• Design and facilitate outreach activities to enhance mental health awareness and resources within the school community.

• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in psychological services.

• Deliver crisis assessment and intervention services, including evaluating suicidal concerns and coordinating necessary emergency responses, like arranging for hospitalization when appropriate.

• Maintain rigorous compliance with legal and ethical standards in all therapeutic practices and documentation.

• Create detailed treatment plans based on individual assessments and adjust interventions as necessary for effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
