Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions referred by physicians, leading to tailored treatment plans that incorporate the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Implement treatment programs while monitoring patient progress, making adjustments as needed to enhance outcomes.
• Engage with patients across diverse specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, ensuring a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment protocols, exercises, and preventive care to facilitate recovery and promote ongoing wellness.
• Document treatment processes and patient outcomes meticulously to maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies aimed at maximizing patient recovery.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey, ensuring that each individual feels valued and supported during their rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with vary greatly, ranging from athletes with sports-related injuries to elderly individuals recovering from surgery. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and other computer applications necessary for documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
