We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping financial operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be a key part of the accounting team, helping ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting overall business success.

What You'll Do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency

• Verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation

• Set up and maintain vendor records within the accounting system

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Perform accounts payable data entry and record maintenance

• Support internal and external audits related to AP, customer support, and shipping activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

? 3+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience

? Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management

? Knowledge of purchase orders and three-way matching

? Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

? Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tualatin, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
