Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a wide array of therapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Thoroughly assess clients' needs through diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and methodologies.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual and group sessions, ensuring each client can engage effectively in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
