Branch Operations

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance for Willingboro and Philadelphia office.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, workers' compensation claims, and unemployment issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in the ATS and CRM.
• Monitor branch profitability, expenses, and budget.

Recruiting & Workforce Management

• Lead recruiting efforts for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, production, and other light industrial positions.
• Ensure recruiters maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Improve fill rates and reduce time-to-fill.
• Support high-volume hiring initiatives and onsite recruiting events.
• Ensure employee retention through effective engagement and communication.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruiting.

Client Relationship Management

• Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients to forecast workforce needs.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and establish measurable goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
• Train employees on company policies, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of staffing industry experience, preferably in light industrial staffing.
• Previous branch management or leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing recruiters and branch operations.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Preferred Experience

• High-volume recruiting.
• Temporary staffing operations.
• Warehouse and manufacturing staffing.
• Onsite workforce management.
• Workers' compensation and unemployment management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel locally for client visits and business development.
• Ability to work in warehouse and manufacturing environments when conducting site visits.
