Program Manager

GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO looking to add a Program Manager to their team. This role is a contract position and can be remote or hybrid for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of assigned enterprise implementation workstreams supporting a large-scale Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Manage project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs while proactively identifying and resolving delivery risks.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release readiness.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate enterprise system integrations involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, Yardi, Procore, IronClad, Data Lake, Supplier EDI partners, and other business applications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, business signoffs, deployment planning, and production readiness.
• Support organizational change management, user training, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-deployment hypercare.
• Prepare executive dashboards, Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentations, KPI reporting, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Construction, Design, Product, Energy, Operations, and IT teams supporting global stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise technology implementation programs.
• Experience leading Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations and coordinating complex system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, release management, and project governance.
• Experience managing UAT, deployment planning, production readiness, and post-production support.
• Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Yardi, Procore, IronClad, or similar business applications is preferred.
• Experience supporting data center, construction, commercial real estate, or mission-critical infrastructure organizations is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification is preferred.
